Description :
The transmission gears & shafts are made of fine-grained steel produced from best source of alloy steels in India. The forgings procured are subjected to machining for manufacture of gears and shafts. The unit is equipped with gas carburizing furnace along with washing, quenching and tempering furnaces. Required hardness ranging between 58 to 62 HRC is maintained by checking core hardness for every lot.

Transmission Gears & Transmission Shafts :- The transmission gears & shafts are made of fine-grained steel produced from best source of alloy steels in India. The forgings procured are subjected to machining for manufacture of gears and shafts. The unit is equipped with gas carburizing furnace along with washing, quenching and tempering furnaces. Required hardness ranging between 58 to 62 HRC is maintained by checking core hardness for every lot. 2. Axles & Stub Axles :- En 35 is the raw material for stub axles spindles and axle shafts. The bars are cut and forged to requisite shapes of axles on up setter. Forged pieces are then turned on high precision copy turning machines & are checked and bended to eliminate any pcd run out. The axles and spindles are then induction hardened to give proper hardness and case depth. The axles are then tempered to relieve any stresses. 3. Steering Shafts :- Steering Shaft's worm and nutare are made of 20MnCr5 and 8620 respectively. Both are subjected to mechaning by high precision machines and are then hardened by Gas Carborizing Procedure. Finally worm is subjected to U-Foam aginder to add futher precesion. Balls used in Steering shafts are precured from S. K. F bearing and are made of SAE 52100 Steel.
