We boast of the most modern facilities and we have two factories for manufacturing our products. In one factory we are doing the die casting and in the second unit we are doing the finishing, assembling and packing. Both our units work in three shifts of eight hours each.
We have got CNC- turning machines, vertical millings, surface grinder, shaper machine, Cylindrical grinders, center-less grinders, universal milling machine, EDM (electric discharge machine), Drill machines, . Vertical milling machines, EDM machine Shaper machine. Drilling stations, Boring machine, Broaching machine Lathes for production any many more. We have got all the instruments requires in course of inspection and testing like: Digital Height Masters, Air bore Gauge, digital and simple inside and outside venires, micrometers both inside and outside, dial gauges, combination set, bore gauge, slip gauge set, thickness measuring instrument, , two axes and three axes Digital Read out systems, puppy dial gauges, and others. Black light crack detection instrument and Universal testing machines and complete chemical lab. All these measuring instruments are periodically calibrated. Ours is a self contained Unit.
