We have plant capacity currently existing of 300 tons components per month. Our Design Facilities: Tooling of Jig-Fixtures, receiver gauges are designed & manufactured as per customers requirement, Our Utilities are: 1) Stand by power facility of Two Diesel Generator Sets 2) Two ton capacity Material Handling Trolley 3) Two ton capacity Electric Crane. Some of our customers are: Maruti Udyog Ltd., Yamaha Motor India Ltd., Eicher Motor Ltd., Purolator India Ltd., Asia Brown Boveri Ltd., Escorts, Honda, Royal Enfield India. We have registered positive growth in our business activities wherein the sales figures of the group in 1998-99 was Rs 6cr and in 2001-02 it is Rs 11cr and by the year end 2003 we expect to touch 15 crores. We have implemented ISO9001:2000 quality system in our group companies and we are in process of TS:16949 which has resulted positive towards cost reduction, higher productivity and higher customer satisfaction with increase in our business share. Royal Tools is professionally managed and well-established company, which deals in manufacturing and export of various auto products to various countries.
