It has been its objectives to make these quality items available to its customer at a competitive price. This approach has helped its growth from small manufacturing unit to a giant industrial group.

This approach has helped the company to achieve its goal of being a widely accepted supplier amongst OE vehicle manufactures in India. This has also resulted in generating a potential export market as well.In technical collaboration with Sung San Co. Ltd., and Daewoo Motors India, Fiem Industries has formed a company in the style and name of Fiem Sung San India Ltd. This company supplies lamp assemblies for new generation cars such as Ceilo and Martiz of Daewoo Motors. Also on the slate is further collaboration with mirror and lighting manufactures abroad for induction of latest technologies in these lines. The ever growing requirements of its customers has motivated Fiem to carry out extensive renovation and extension of the manufacturing facilities at Kundli. The Laboratory and testing facilities available with the company ensures testing of its products to national and international standards. Cad-Cam facilities helps in surface modelling and 4D CNC milling. Its strength lies in its experienced, qualified and skilled workforce combined with its latest machinery and equipment.
