Founded in 1987, Amar Udyog started by producing pressed Sheet Metal components like fenders for bicycle manufacturers like Hero Cycles. Within no time, the company started manufacturing Sheet Metal components for the Auto industry by supplying to Hero Motors, which had bought motorbike "Puch" line from Austria.
With the urge to supply quality components, the company put up an Intek Paint Shop, only one of its kind at that time. By consistently improving quality and delivery standards and to meet the complete demands of the market, the company expanded its product portfolio by including other bicycle parts, hand tools, garden tools and various automobile components.

With around 20 years of work experience in Press Sheet Metal manufacturing Industry using the state of the art machinery and specialized processes as painting and plating, is a "One Stop Shop" for completing the demands of its customers. Employing the latest technology they provide a comprehensive range of services from design to prototype manufacture, assembly, finishing and stringent testing
