Pheon recognizes the current scenario of what is termed as " Brief Case Exporters", who do not have their manufacturing facilities and supply products which are either assembled in small houses or bought from other manufacturers. Pheon is a part of an ISO 9001:2000 Manufacturing Group and promotes the products of two Quality and Value Conscious Manufacturing Companies :

We develop product solutions right from concept design to mass production. Our international affiliations with global leaders in key technology areas enable us to transfer these benefits to our customers in the form of customized product solutions.

We have manufacturing units located in a developed Industrial Estate where all the basic amenities and facilities like access to various modes of transportation, water supply, dispose management, Electricity supply, etc. Are totally developed and well provided for, one in Delhi & the other in Haryana.

The Units have completely equipped Tool Room with full CAD & CAM facilities, thus providing the ability to develop & manufacture any kind of auto part from Concept or Drawing or Samples.

Also we have maintained our own Testing Facility with all kinds of equipment like Endurance test, Vibration Test, Salt Spray Test, etc to ascertain that each product is tried and tested for Highest Quality.

Manufacturers and Suppliers of products are :- Tractor Parts, V - Belts, Conveyors, Control Cables. -Tractor Parts :- We manufacture a wide range of tractor parts. The range of tractor parts includes electrical switches, electricals parts for tractors, wiring harnesses, and all parts essentially applicable on tractors and agricultural agricultural machinery. -V Belts :- This category covers all kinds of Rubber V Belts, Industrial V Belts, Classical Wrapped V Belts, Poly V Belts, Ribbed V Belts, Raw Edge Cogged Belts, Raw Edge Laminated Belts, Variable Speed Belts, Narrow Edge V Belts, Hexagonal Belts. Flat Belts, Baler Belts etc. - Classical Wrapped Belts: These classical V belts have exceptional length stability and drive uniformity, "Match Free" provides assured belt length and easy inventory control, heat and oil resistant plus static conductive. - Raw Edge Cogged Belts :These heat and oil resistant belts are used for large agricultural machinery. Cog pattern of the belts give greater flexibility resulting in efficient heat dissipation, excellent side wall pressure resistance and longer service life. - Double Hexagonal Belts :Hexagonal belts are static conductive and heat and oil resistant. These are best suited for multi pulley drives. - Ribbed Belts :These belts combine the high power transmission capacity of V-Belts and flexibility of flat belts. Specially designed to allow high speed drives with smaller pulley diameters and are heat, oil and abrasion resistant. -Conveyors :- The category includes all types of Rubber Conveyor Belts and Industrial conveyor belts for industrial and agricultural applications. Grades ranging from ordinary M24 to high temperature upto 350 C, food grade, etc. -Control Cables :- We manufacture all kinds of throttle control cables, tachometer cable, stop cables, push pull cables, clutch control cables, hand brake cables, boot / bonnet cables, etc.
