Padam Engineers, an India based ISO 9000 accredited organization engaged in the manufacture and export of automobile parts and components, tractor parts, earth moving equipment and marine equipment. Established in the year 1974 with a small infrastructure, it is a full service contract machining facility specializing in production & prototype machining operations.We have a full time of conventional support equipment, apart complete tool room where all machining fixtures, jigs & much of our tooling is produced in house. This allows us to be competitive with much shorter tooling time then most of our competitors. We've over 36 years of experience in the manufacturing of component and assemblies. Production takes places under stringent quality standards for OEM's. Vigilant ISO 9000 norms are followed.


Products :
Manufacturer & Exporter of Auto parts and components for two wheelers and four wheelers : Products include crank and self starting clutch assemblies, Manufactured within 0.003 mm overall dimensions under vigilant norms of ISO 9000, Capacity to produce 1 million parts per annum with consistent quality and direct on line reliability. Tractor parts and components : Products include spares and bushes, support front axles and clutch housing and assemblies like spindles and hydraulic sensors. Engine components : Products include rocker shaft, crank spacers, priming lever (for decompression during starting time) and adopter for turning components. Gear box transmission equipment :Forged & investment casted from SG iron forks, duly machined as per O.E.M.'s requirements are manufactured for various applications, Gear shifter rods for various engines are also manufactured as per requirements under stringent quality norms, Complete assemblies of gear shifter rods, fork, shifter unit are also manufactured as per customer requirements. Earth moving equipment components : Products include Piston Rods, Hinge Pins, Steering Shafts, Kpc Shafts, Piston Rods of hydraulic cylinders & other similar items, Apart from normal components, we can also manufacture high-pressure hydraulic cylinders of any size & pressure. Marine equipment : Widely accepted winches are available in 4 different models- Horizontal, Vertical, 12 & 24 Volts. Apart from this, reduction gear boxes, geared motors, propeller shafts, battery cut-off & changeover switches of marine quality are marketed.
