Vira industries was founded in the year 1969. Since then it has strived hard to achieve the top place in the auto parts manufacturing, pressure-die casting and sheet metal component industry. Today, it is among the front runners in producing spare parts for two wheeler and three wheeler.

Since our genesis, we are determined to cater to the need of the society. We are a world class manufacturer of auto spare parts and pressure-die casting components and also sheet metal components for Scooter and three wheeler. We have successfully built a strong bond with our customers, employees, partners and distributors, instilling a strong sense of partnership and belongingness leading to continuos growth of our organisation. Our team of quality management is well aware of their responsibility. Starting from the raw materials to the final products each step is monitored by sophisticated monitoring equipment. Our quality inspectors uses spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, hardness and roughness testers as well as tensile practice tester, surface detector, micro structural analysis, inclusion rating, grain growth and high speed balancing machines, etc. To monitor the quality of products and their raw materials. Not to leave any chance, we use computers in production plan, design and research as well as development.

Our established setup at Ludhiana, in Punjab is highly equipped with sophisticated ultra modern equipment and facilities such as CAD/ CAM Facilities, Inspection Facilities, Surface Treatment Facilities, Heat Treatment Facilities and Welding Facilities. Our manufacturing unit is empowered with Forging, Casting, Pressure die-casting, Sheet Metal and Gear Cutting. We have our own in-house R&D centers. Our Standard Rooms includes, all world class precision making and testing equipment. We also have environment friendly heat treatment shop, grinding shop and also machine shop to provide accurate products, all equipped with most modern machine and professional experts.

Our products have achieved a huge base of clients' worldwide. Our unsurpassed quality and timely delivery had earned us a name in the national as well as international market. We are exporting to South East Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin American Countries.
