It was in the year 1972 when the true business instincts & broad vision of its founder Mr. C.B.Khemka the conception of a proposition took place which subsequently led to the birth of an aggressive business entity in the name of Pensol Industries Limited which was then nurtured under the able and efficient guidance of its founder which allowed the Company to grow & get matured to acquire a shape of a well known group in the world of lubricants.

Pensol had its inception in the form of partnership firm which further led to its conversion into a " closely held Public Limited Company" in the year 1995 .Since then the Organisation never had to look back & set an example for others to follow through its appreciable alround growth. The track record of success of Pensol Industries Limited is an aggregation of Quality & Quality both as depicted by the fact that initially the company had only " Monoutility Grease " as the product. With passage of time and due to the overwhelming market and customer support, today Pensol has a growing product mix of approx. 150 products having multifold market presence.

One of the major aspect of the corporate philosophy at Pensol Industries Limited is not to follow the " Me Too " market strategies, the Company believed in carving a remarkable niche in the market owing to its corporate strength and expertise which has earned rich dividends for the Company. The strong ideology of the organisation has allowed itself not to get tempted by the unjustified & unrequired 'Foreign collaborations'.


Initially the Company had its marketing operation in a couple of markets in the domestic scenario through a small dealer network . The same small platform has magnified today as a dealer/distributor network of approx. 2500 which is being effectively catered by a marketing team of more than 50 dedicated marketing executives, which accounts for existence of one Pensol representative for every 20 distributors ensuring better & efficient services.

At Pensol Industries Ltd it is believed that the success & quality of product / service delivery system substantially depends upon the 'Human Factor' . This belief has emerged as empowering the employees to solve the customer grievances and queries on their own initiatives, systems are designed to facilitate profound interactions with the customers.
