YEH DER ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. Is a professional manufacturer of all kinds of plastic gears, and gear components with a high level of precision .We have strict quality control in each stage of the production including mould design, finished products production. Our products are certified by ISO 9001, and we will do our best to meet our customers' request. 1989 YEH DER ENTERPRISE CO., LTD was established to provide plastic gears and accessories. 1997- The China Yeh-Der factory was built in Zeng-Cheng City of Guang-Zhou. 1998- Precision measurement equipments including 2-D vision measuring instruments and gear rolling test machines, etc. Were purchased to upgrade our design and test capabilities so as to provide more accurate plastic gears. 1999- The quality management system of ISO was introduced, and the factories both in China and in Taiwan were approved by ISO-1994 Version in September. 2002- YEH DER was certified with ISO9001-2000 Version and for expanding our business, we established the new factory, ULTRA PRECISION CO., LTD, in Wuku to provide design and production of plastic gears for computer peripherals. 2003- A MAKINO CNC EDM was purchased to increase the mold precision for worm and helical gears. 2005- A 3-D injection mold design software (K-MOLD) and a moldflow analysis software (Moldex 3D) were purchased.
