Situated at Gurgaon (an industrial hub) near the capital city of India, Boss Gears Limited, is a dedicated manufacturing setup for automobile components. A Tier 1 supplier, BGL manufactures the complete range of Auto electrical and Auto transmission components for two, three and four wheeler vehicles. Our product range includes spur gears set, helical gears set, ring gears, etc. A recent but successful transition into tractor gears and generator components has added a feather to our product portfolio.

Incorporated in the year 1998 as a public limited company, Boss Gears Ltd. Has grown to become the preferred source of supplies for leading OEMs in India. At Boss Gears, we believe in manufacturing world class quality products such, for more than competitive prices. A relatively flat organizational structure, absence of a labor union and the ideal work culture gives us the flexibility required to maneuver the company through changing and competitive times. We are keen students of Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma problem solving techniques.

The company is managed by a well experienced team of intellectual people, who are trained continuously. The employees strive to perform under the able leadership of Mr.Digvijay Kapuria (MD), who has a rich experience of 25 years in the field, including the intensive training he has undergone at Honda Motors and Suzuki Motors, Japan. The well motivated members of BGL work as a team towards achieving the final goal, which is to become a world class manufacturing organization. Our product development team never fails to amaze us by performing under given time constraints and customer specifications. The prime think tank consisting of members from the top management, along with the Cross Functional Team are always working on continuous improvement of processes. Suggestion schemes and challenging evaluation techniques help generate ideas for improvement from all levels of the organization.

Quality is a market qualifier and not a market winner, therefore products manufactured by BGL are of world class quality which are as per specifications provided by the customers. We strongly believe in Crosby's principle of "Doing it right, first time", thus implementing stringent inspection processes but constantly working on reducing sample sizes for the same. Statistical Quality Control and Six Sigma techniques help us achieve the above and also eradicate evil such as rejection and re-work. We share an absolutely transparent relationship with our customers and are often quoted by them for our excellent quality of services provided.

Our Machine shop includes facilities such as Turning Centers (CNC, Copy Turning), Gear Hobbing, Gear Shaping, Broaching (Vertical, Spiral), Rolling, Honing, Grinding (CNC Plunge, Cylindrical, Internal, Centerless, Surface), Mig Welding, Milling Machines (Horizontal, Vertical), Drilling & Tapping Machines, Press Machines (Mechanical, Pneumatic Presses from 5 tons to 100 tons)

Tool Room: In-house manufacturing of toolings & re-sharpening of all cutting tools
Shop Floor Facilities include Heat Treatment Facilities, Shot/Sand Blasting
