Founded in 1993 at the time when it was oriented towards the domestic market - the company has developed its competence over the years in the foreign aftermarket and Original Equipment field, so that today it is a leading company in the market.

Company is equipped with operating machines from Centering Facing, Turning, Drilling, Gear cutting on broaching, Hobbers, Shapers, Shavers, Champhers, Rounding, Milling, Bevelgear cutting by Orlicon system, Lapper, Testers, Grinders for a monthly production capacity of approximately 11,000 gearing parts which includes shafts, gears, synchronizers assembly and axle shafts.

The company's business is managed by experienced mechanical engineers specially trained in gear manufacturing. The company is equipped with state-of-art equipments and operating machines used in turning, drilling, centering, facing and gear cutting.

A wide range of our machine tools includes hobbers, shapers, lappers, testers, grinders, shavers, champhers, rounding, milling and bevelgear cutting by Orlicon Systems. We carry out turning process on CNC machines to achieve consistency in dimensions. Case hardening is done on gas carburizing furnaces to attain uniformity of case hardness and to achieve a tough core. Gear sets are shaved or lapped to reduce the noise level.

We employ the most sophisticated technology to manufacture gears and gear boxes with our experience, research and knowledge as an O.E.M. The company practices gear cutting applications under strict quality control standards for proper fitment and matching when used. It carries out inspection of gears before they are shiped and duly packed for safe transit. We procure alloy steel forgings as per raw material specifications from our approved forge shops that carry out all desired metallurgical tests on raw materials.
