Heat treatment plant for perfect hardness for smooth cutting. We have auto copying lathes machinery is used to design accurate design and shape. We have well equipped sophisticated and ultra modern machines. We have a dedicated team of engineers and technocrats ensure to deliver a right product and maintain strict vigil and quality controls at every step of manufacturing with a valuable expertise knowledge. We have a metallurgical lab equipped to test micro structure, tensile and bend, micro hardness, porosity crack and chemistry, to ensure the metallurgy of the critical and important raw material, by latest techniques and equipment. Products :
We are Manufacturer and Exporter of valves, valve guides and valve seat inserts that are known for durability and robust designing. Our range of products includes. 1.Automobile Valves :- We manufacture automobile valves that are made from different materials to operate under different conditions. These are made from high grade valve steel series EN-54, EN-52, EN-59, [214-N] non magnetic and bimetal. We use alloy steel for intake valve as these valves are not exposed to the corrosion action of the host exhaust gases. Our valves are designed in such a way that they are capable to serve for long period of time with trouble free operations. We make valves with chrome plating for special purpose. Valves are available for almost every type of internal combustion and also all valves can be ordered in over sizes. 2.Valve Seat Inserts :- The superior quality products engineered for today's typical fuel requirements and engine working condition. We use the finest quality and variety of materials to manufacture valve seat inserts. The seats are made from chrome alloy steel, which has a high wear resistance at high temperature. These valve seat inserts are available for almost every type of internal combustion engine and also all valve seat inserts can be ordered in over sizes. 3.Valve Guides :- We manufacture valves that are made using grey cast iron alloy. Grey cast with high phosphorous content gives high wear resistance and improved running properties in poor lubrication conditions. We also make guides from brass as per the customer demand. Our valve guides are available for almost every type of internal combustion engine.
