Our established setup, at Nashik, is equipped with sophisticated ultra modern machinery and facilities such as Inspection Facilities, Surface Treatment Facilities, Heat Treatment Facilities and Welding Facilities. We have our own in-house R&D centers. We also have the ability to provide accurate products customized to clients' specifications. At Vijay Rolling Mills, experienced technicians work on modern CNC machines for obtaining critical dimensions precision on superb quality of forged housing.

All the products are subjected to induction hardening process for increased functional strength and life. Our products go through stringent quality checks at different stages. The components are tested on life-cycle test machines for maximum operating load.
