Steel Bird Hi -India Ltd. has collaboration with an Italian company known as BIEFFE. Bieffe is World's No.1 company in terms of production and is capable enough of producing more than one million helmets per annum. Having collaborated with Bieffe, Steelbird Helmets not only offer the best in safety but in style too!

The company produces a wide variety of Helmets and Pannier boxes in various designs and in exotic colors. The company also supplies customized Helmets fitted with antiscratch, antiglare and antifog visors. The company also manufactures Helmet Locking Devices (HLD) and Helmet Accessories.

The company specializes in Fiberglass Reinforce Plastic (FRP) helmets and the production capacity of the company is over 3600 helmets and 600 pannier boxes per day. The company is well known for its standard and high quality helmets

The main objective of the company is to produce high quality helmets to provide maximum safety to its customers. The testing unit of the company conforms to all the standards of the world including Bureau of Indian standards, SNELL (USA) etc. to provide higher safety to the customers and to produce superior quality of helmets. Steelbird has a strong well-knit infrastructure. The company has a state of the art manufacturing setup in Delhi. The company consists of latest and most advanced equipment's, Pressurized dust free zones, Interlocking machines, and Moulding machines, Injection Moulding unit, balloon Moulding unit machines and many other latest technology based machines.

The production capacity of the company is over 3600 helmets and 600 pannier boxes per day.
