Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Private Limited, was founded Dec.1985, to cater to the requirements of Critical Stampings for Automotive Drum Brake applications. Over the years, Dyna-K capitalized on it's Tool Design capability to extend its services to other automotive sectors, catering to the critical, safety requirements of stampings in Seats, Suspensions, Axles, Turbochargers, etc.

Today, equipped with a Stamping & Assembly facility, coupled with in-house Tool Design & Manufacture and a QS-9000 Quality Organisation, Dyna-K is geared to meet & exceed our Customer Expectations.

Products :
We Are Tool Designer & Manufacturer. Dyna-K Product Program includes a range of Critical & Precision Metallic/Non-Metallic Stampings and Assemblies for a wide variety of applications for the Automotive, Electrical & other industrial applications - in a wide variety of materials, ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic. The primary automotive applications include stampings for Brakes, Suspensions, Seats and Axles. Other automotive applications covers critical parts for Turbochargers & Emission Products, such as Heat Tubes for Catalytic Convertor Applications and Discs for 2-wheeler Disc Brake Applications. Non-Automotive Products include High-Volume Metal Stampings for the Electrical & Electronic Industry segments. PRODUCTS : -Automotive Brake Components -Automotive Suspension Parts -Automotive Seat Frames -Automotive Axle Parts -Small Parts. Automotive Brake Components : The Automotive Brakes product range includes Drum Brake Back Plates/Anchor Plates in Extra Deep Draw Steels & HSLA Steels; thickness ranges from 1.80mm to 5.00mm for Passenger Car & Commercial Vehicle Applications; and critical, deep-drawn, multi-progression Brake Vacumn Booster Shells for 5", 6", 7", 8" & 9" applications. Various small parts for both Drum Brake, Disc Brakes & Boosters, also form part of our Product Program. Customers in India include Kalyani Brakes-A BOSCH Licensee & Automotive Axles-A MERITOR Licensee; for application in Suzuki, TATA, Diamler-Chrysler, Bajaj-Tempo, Ford, Hindustan-Motors, General Motors, Toyota & Mahindra applications. Automotive Suspension Parts : Critical Front & Rear Suspension Arms & Wish-Bone Arm assemblies & Spring Seats for Ford & Suzuki Passenger Cars in India are part of our Product Program. Assemblies including Critical Drawn Parts, Critical Rubber, Machined & Forged Parts welded under strict Quality Control and finished with Epoxy & Epoxy/Polyestor Coatings designed to withstand upto 1000 hours Salt Spray Tests. Automotive Seat Frames : Seat Frames for TELCO manufactured, Cars MUV & SUVs include assemblies of tubular parts, polymers, plastics and machined parts - welded under strict Quality Control and finished with Epoxy & Epoxy/Polymer Coatings designed to withstand upto 1000 hours of Salt Spary Tests. Automotive Axle Parts : Product range also includes various models of Welded/Fabricated Axle Mounting Bracket. Small Parts Range : Our Small Parts production capabilities include production faclities for upto 200, 000 parts per day; in ferrous/non-ferrous/non-metallic materials.
