Foshan Guang Dong Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. Is one of the largest auto air conditioner manufacturers in China with a total investment of USD 25 million. FGD imported a complete set of auto A/C compressor original equipment and technology from Chrysler in the USA in 1992. Most equipment is computerized and automatic. The quality of compressor is guaranteed effectively. At present, FGD has an annual production capacity of 300, 000 sets of compressor OEM. We will do our best to expand the sales market of OEM to the domestic market and overseas.
PRODUCTION AND MANUFACTURING : FGD has imported 13 computer-controlled production, assembly, and test lines from Chrysler in the USA. The equipment features advanced technology and a high degree of automation. The quality of products is effectively guaranteed.
QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM : In order to guarantee top quality of products, FGD has imported experimental facilities from the USA, Japan and Germany to undertake the tests of performance, life and vibration of compressor. FGD is ISO9001 & QS9000 quality assured company.
TECHNICAL SERVICE : Our corporation, armed with a strong technical force, can provide mounting-design, product-development, technical instruction and assistance in mounting, refitting, and set-completion. "Safety" and "Environment Protection" are two popular topics today in the world automotive industry. A new refrigerant R134a will take the place of R12 to meet the world current sense of environmental protection.
